Warranty overview

Warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer and product category included in the final order. Your project documentation will identify relevant product guarantees where applicable.

What is normally required

Claims should include the order reference, photographs, a clear description of the issue and confirmation that products were stored, fitted and maintained appropriately.

Exclusions

Normal wear, accidental damage, misuse, unsuitable site conditions, unauthorised alteration and installation outside manufacturer guidance may not be covered.
