Delivery policy.
How we coordinate, protect and deliver your kitchen order.
Delivery principles
Delivery arrangements are confirmed against the final order, site address, access conditions and project programme. The client or appointed site representative must ensure suitable access and safe unloading conditions.
Before delivery
Check that access routes are clear, floor protection is in place and the designated storage area is dry, secure and ready to receive the goods.
On arrival
Goods should be checked against the delivery documentation. Visible damage or shortages must be recorded promptly and reported to Guirard.
Programme changes
Changes to agreed dates may affect storage, transport and redelivery costs. Contact the project team as early as possible.
